Do you hire more than 3 nights / extend hires?
Yes we do, we can hire for as long as you need & you can request an extension on your current hire 😀
Do the gazebos have sides and what size are they?
All our gazebos are 2.5m square and all come with 1 door, 2 windows & a blank side.
What space do I need for a hot tub?
All our hot tubs are roughly 2m wide. We do however recommend you have 2.5m square for access.
Do I fill up the hot tub with water on delivery?
The customer is responsible for the filling & emptying of the hot tub, all you need is a hose pipe, you do not need an outside tap necessarily, you could purchase a tap connector for your kitchen tap and fill from there.
How do I empty the hot tub?
The night before your hire period ends, if you lift the plug in the inside of the hot tub and the water will slowly trickle out, alternatively we offer an emptying service which is an extra £10 on top of your booking. We have a submergible pump which goes in the hot tub and we can empty it into the nearest drain. (Please request this before we pick up)
We supply 3 different LazySpa models. All models of hot tubs we supply are drop stitch material so once inflated are very hard. Not to be confused with the cheaper models.
What do I do if I have any issues whilst hiring?

What is the temperature of the hot tub?
All our hot tubs reach a maximum temperature of 40 degrees, however if that’s to warm for you all of our hot tubs have got adjustable heat to get the temperature of the water exactly how you like it 😁
How long does it take for you to set the hot tub up?
Depending on exact package booked, we shouldn’t be there no longer than 30 minutes.
Are hot tubs safe for children?
Children love hot tubs, they are completely safe for children to enjoy, however children under the age of 16 should be supervised at all times whilst in the hot tub.
Do I need a level space for the hot tub?
Yes, we need a level space for the hot tub to sit on. If you're not sure of the space that you have is level enough, please WhatsApp us a picture across and we can advise you 😀
Can a hot tub fit through a narrow passage?
Since our LazySpa hot tubs are all inflatable, we can get them through very narrow passages, or even take through the house 😀

I would like to cancel. Will I receive any charges?
You will lose your £20 non refundable deposit, if cancelled within 5 days before the hot tub is due for delivery, there will be a £50 charge. If cancelled when we deliver, the full balance of the booking will be charged.
Is there a damage deposit?
We don’t take a damage deposit, however in our T&C’s which you will sign on delivery, it states that there is a £500 excess fee if the tub is damaged beyond repair.
Do you supply all chemicals & filters for the hire?
Yes, we supply all chlorine, clarifier & filters throughout the duration of your hire. This is as standard 😀
What if I haven’t booked a gazebo & it rains?
Sitting in water which is 40 degrees is lovely when it rains, all equipment is water proof so the rain will not effect any of the equipment.
Are your hot tubs cleaned after every hire?
All of our hot tubs are cleaned & disinfected thoroughly in between customers, please be assured our cleanliness & hygiene is at the highest level.
